We are looking for an enthusiastic Retail Assistant to join our team!
Location: Unichem Rolleston Central Pharmacy, Rolleston

The Role – Retail Assistant
You will be described as someone who has a knack with people, who is always willing to make things better and whose customer service is of the highest caliber. You are forward thinking, focused, empathetic, and work with a purpose. You are adaptable to change, it doesn't throw you, you simply role with the punches. This is also suitable for a newly qualified technician through to intermediate technician level 4 or 5 qualified. Proficient in Blister packing will be an advantage. Your responsibility includes:
· Ensuring existing and newly acquired customers get exceptional and enjoyable service
· Ensure product knowledge, general housekeeping, merchandising, stock maintenance are all kept to the store's highest standard
· Provide helpful advices to customers regarding products enhancing patronage
· Attention to the arrangement of window displays and general store presentation
· Working in a team environment, efficiently and being consistent with output
Requirements:
· Pharmacy Retail/ Customer service experience is an advantage.
· A desire to succeed and grow your skills and career.
· Good numeracy and literacy
· Able to fit into a team and work fast, efficiently and are consistent with output
· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build loyalty with customers and team members alike.
· Knowledge of Toniq Retail Software is preferred.
· NZ residency or a valid NZ work permit

Working Hours: 35+ hours per week. Hour's negotiable for a right candidate.
