We are currently seeking a Rotational Pharmacist to join our expanding dispensary team to allow us to offer even more services to our community. We're looking for someone who is adaptable to change, able to build relationships with people, and is passionate about giving expert advice and truly cares about their patients’ outcomes. You will be working to your full scope of practise and gain full training where necessary to enable you to give the best care possible.

As a rotational pharmacist, you’ll:

· Rotate through all Oakley Brown Pharmacy Group stores

· Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently while ensuring compliance with all legal requirements and regulations.

· Provide professional advice and consultation to patients regarding their medications, potential side effects and proper use.

· Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive patients care plans, ensuring optimal treatment outcomes.

· Promote health and wellness by offering guidance on over-the-counter medications and nutritional supplements.

· Provide immunization services and participate in health screening programs as required.

· Work closely with Retail/Dispensary and Store Manager to drive business and develop business strategies.

· You are a self-starter, an organisational whizz, honest and efficient with an eye for detail.

· You desire to lead a busy team and create a really positive work culture.

Applications for this position should have:

· Bachelor of Pharmacy in BPharm from NZ or equivalent with 6+ months ‘on-the-bench’ experience in NZ

· Registered Pharmacist and holding a current APC with NZ Pharmacy Council.

· NZ residency or a valid NZ work permit

· Have qualifications or working towards being accredited in ECP, MUR, TMP, CPAM’s and immunizations is an advantage, but not essential as full paid trainings can be provided.

· Knowledge of Toniq Dispensary Software is preferred.

 

Working Hours: Rotational full time role rostered up to 40 hours per week. Choice of full hours and days is available but must be flexible to work 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM on roster basis. Tell us what suits you and we will work towards a win win for both of us.

PHARMACIST

We are seeking an enthusiastic, experienced, self-motivated Pharmacist to join a dynamic team in our busy pharmacy. Oakley-Brown Pharmacy is recognised as being one of the best Pharmacies in New Zealand with exceptional knowledge in natural health and pharmaceutical products.


As a Pharmacist, you'll be responsible for: 

Dispense prescription medicines & advise patients proper information on all products 
Review over-the-counter (OTC) and quality presentation of premises, products and team 
Work closely with Retail Manager to drive business
 

You are forward thinking, focused, empathetic, and work with a purpose. You love community healthcare and have great ideas to continue to deliver the services to patients.

 

This is full time role of at least 40 hours per week and will include a Saturday.
